Service Description
Our Wheelchair Tie-Down and Occupant Restraint Systems (WTORS) training ensures transport or care staff are compliant, confident, and capable of securing wheelchair passengers safely. Delivered hands-on (with custom tailoring for your fleet or vehicle type), this session covers legal requirements, equipment operation best practices, and practical use of tie-down and restraint systems. Certificates awarded upon completion.
Cancellation Policy
At B D H Consulting and Solutions Ltd, we understand that schedules may change. To provide fairness to all clients and ensure the smooth running of our services, we apply the following policy: 1. Cancellations More than 7 days’ notice: No cancellation fee; any prepaid fees will be refunded in full. 3–7 days’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged (or retained from any prepaid amount). Less than 72 hours’ notice: 100% of the service fee will be charged (no refund). 2. Rescheduling More than 7 days’ notice: You may reschedule once at no charge. 3–7 days’ notice: A rescheduling fee of 25% of the service fee applies. Less than 72 hours’ notice: Treated as a cancellation; a new booking must be made. 3. No-Shows Failure to attend a booked session without notice will be charged at 100% of the service fee. 4. Provider Cancellations In the unlikely event that B D H Consulting and Solutions Ltd must cancel or reschedule, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to move the booking to a new date at no additional cost. 5. Force Majeure Where cancellation is due to unforeseen events outside the client’s or provider’s reasonable control (e.g. illness, transport strikes, severe weather), we will work with clients to reschedule without penalty.
