Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances in which B D H Consulting and Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") may issue refunds for services provided.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

 

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our professional consulting and services-based work, refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees paid for services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

 

2. Deposits

  • Any deposit paid is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Deposits secure your booking and cover initial planning, preparation, and administrative costs

 

3. Cancellation by the Client

If you cancel services:

  • Deposits will not be refunded

  • You will be charged for any work completed up to the date of cancellation

  • Any remaining balance paid in advance for services not yet delivered may be refunded at our discretion

 

4. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel services for reasons within our control and before work has commenced, we will refund any fees paid, excluding deposits unless otherwise agreed.

If services are cancelled after work has commenced, we will refund any fees paid for services not yet delivered, less:

  • The non-refundable deposit

  • The cost of work already completed

 

5. Failure to Provide Required Information

No refunds will be issued where delays or inability to deliver services result from your failure to provide required information, approvals, or cooperation in a timely manner.

 

6. Dissatisfaction with Services

If you are dissatisfied with our services, you must notify us in writing as soon as reasonably possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, which may include:

  • Clarifying deliverables

  • Making reasonable amendments where appropriate

Refunds will not be issued solely due to a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction where services have been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.

 

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where applicable.

 

8. Processing Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible

  • Refunds will be processed within [e.g. 7–14] days of approval
